Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to provide an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt (excluding sale items or special orders). Items must be in new condition with original packaging. Please email deanna@questionabledesigns.com to request a return authorization number. Be sure to include your order number and the items you would like to return. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, you will be given a refund or a replacement item.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 48 hours and shipped via USPS or UPS ground.  Tracking Information is provided once the order has shipped. Most orders are delivered within 5 business days, but it you need something quicker, please email us so we can explore other shipping options.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
